The notification of the information privacy, formed when one uses the official web-site of the Russian Federation Ministry of Industry and Energy.

1. When you use the information from the official web-site of the Russian Federation Ministry of Industry and Energy (hereafter referred to as «Web-site»), technical equipment of the Web-site automatically recognize IP addresses and domain names of each user (web-site visitor).
   This specified data, e-mails of those using internet services of the Web-site and (or) those sending e-mails to the addresses, specified on the Web-site; automatic data informing what internet-pages of the Web-site the users addressed to; other information (including the personal one), given by users are stored with the help of the technical equipment of the web-site for the purposes, specified in the present Notification.
2. The information about the web-site users, accumulated and stored by means of the technical equipment of the web-site, is used for the purpose of improving the methods of information presentation on the web-site, improving the services provided for users (visitors), finding out those internet-pages (internet services) of the Web-site that are visited most often as well as for the statistics of visits. .
3. Beyond the range of limitations, specified in paragraph 2 of the present Notification, the information about the web-site visitors cannot be used or publicized in any way.
   Only specially authorized employees who can perform the work, specified in paragraph 2 of the present Notification and who are aware of the responsibility for the incidental or intentional disclosure of the information or illegal use of this information have an access to this information.
4. The personal information of the Web-site users is stored and processed according to the requirements of Russian laws and regulations about personal information.
5. Any information that is derivate from the data, listed in paragraph 1 of the present Notification, is presented for further use (distribution) only in the general view without any specification of IP (e-mail) addresses and domain names of the web-site users (visitors).
6. Mailing of any messages to the e-mails of the web-site users (visitors), locating of hyperlinks to IP (e-mail) addresses of the web-site users and (or) their web-pages is permitted only if this mailing or links are specified by the ruled of using a certain internet service and there is a permission of the web-site user (visitor) in the form, specified by these requirements. Correspondence with the web-site users (visitors) that doesn?t concern the web-site internet services or any other information sections of the web-site is not to be started.
7. Any questions and notes, concerning using the information, collected when using the Web-site, or the conditions of the present Notification, should be addressed to the Center of Public Relations of the Russian Federation Ministry of Industry and Energy.
